Watch what these lashes do.
ICYMI, I tried GrandeLash for 30 days. While it did grow my lashes, I swore off it because of an ingredient, prostaglandin (which sounds like it comes from ballsacks), that has been linked to periorbital skin sagging (aka droopy eyelids).
Because I'm a good person who deserves Disney villain lashes, the universe gave me a better, safer option almost immediately: The Ordinary Lash & Brow Serum ($14.50), hot off Deciem's production line and prostaglandin-free.
The serum dropped in early June and I copped it before I left for Europe on June 12. I've used The Ordinary lash serum every night since that date. In total, at the time of these photos, that amounts to 45 days of use.
Yet with all that steadfastness, I still fucked up. If I'd read the instructions, I'd have seen that you can/should use this morning and night. So consider that when you view the results.
Also: I did not use this on my brows because I only took one tube to Europe and I didn't want to run out. Might try it on my brows next!
What you need to know about The Ordinary Lash & Brow Serum:
Results can be seen in "as little as 4 weeks," according to the brand
Has no smell
Should be applied directly on the lash line like eyeliner
Is viscous enough to stay put on the lash line without bleeding into your eyeball
Dries in a couple minutes
The ingredients all score relatively well for safety, according to CosDNA
It hurts if you get it in your eyeball. Not too bad, but you'll feel it.
Patch test before use because there are some irritants on the ingredients list
Vegan, cruelty-free, oil-free, alcohol-free, silicone-free
ON TO THE RESULTS
The after picture of my GrandeLash results is serving as the "before" in this review. I stopped using GrandeLash in late May and started using The Ordinary June 12, so it works.
Below, we're comparing 30 days of GrandeLash use to 45 days of The Ordinary use.
The Question: GrandeLash grew my lashes, but could The Ordinary keep them growing?
The Answer: YES.

SO, WHAT DO I THINK?
I'm super happy with the results and I will continue to use The Ordinary serum on my lashes (morning and night) to maintain my Disney villain lashes.
This is the first time I've felt as good about my lashes with no mascara as I do about them with mascara. Below, you can see the scant difference between my bare lashes and my mascara lashes.
In closing, I definitely think you should buy this!
A) it works, and B) it's one of the few lash serums on the market that doesn't contain prostaglandin, which, as I explained in the GrandeLash post, can go by different names, so ingredient research is key.
